As the publisher for educational legal material, Trial Guides was a budding company that needed a larger corporate presence. This new brand had to align with the professional atmosphere and sophistication synonymous with the legal profession. Problems also persisted with the website. It had problems with customer retention and click-throughs due to a lack of customer confidence in the security of the online shopping cart.
